      机载雷达天线发展迅速,已从传统机械扫描天线发展为相控阵天线以及更为先进的机相扫天线。随着雷达技术的发展及电子设备集成度的提高,天线已经成为雷达系统中组成最为复杂、重量占比最大的单元,因此天线的轻量化设计是雷达结构设计的关键技术。某机载无源相控阵雷达天线组成复杂,结构紧凑,单元间距小,重量指标要求严格,结构设计难度大。文中介绍了该天线结构设计中采取的轻量化措施,包括结构布局、模块化设计、复合材料的应用等,并通过力学仿真及环境试验,对天线轻量化设计的结果进行了验证。结果表明,天线结构设计满足产品力学环境要求,设计合理,对相关产品的结构设计有一定的参考意义。
英文摘要:
      The antenna of airborne radar is developing rapidly, which has transformed from the former mechanical scanning antenna to the phased array antenna and even more advanced mechanism-phase scanning antenna. With the development of radar technology and increase in the integration of electronic devices, the antenna has become the most complex and heaviest part of the radar system. As a result, the lightweight design of the antenna is becoming more are more important for radar structure design. The airborne passive phased array antenna described in this paper has small element spacing. The strict weight index of the antenna increases the difficulty of structure design. In this paper many measures of lightweight design are adopted in the structure design of the passive phased array antenna, including optimized structure layout, using of compound material and highly integrated modules. The dynamic analysis and environment tests prove that the structure design of the antenna can meet the mechanical properties of the product and provide a reference for structure design of related products.
