      文中为研制大尺寸平板裂缝天线,对其结构与工艺方案展开了研究。从理论上分析了结构变形对电性能的影响,得出结构与工艺设计需要关注的具体参数。归纳总结了该类天线的结构与工艺总体研制流程,详细阐述了在结构设计过程中结合工艺进行的一系列预设计,并给出了该类天线的各项工艺参数。针对工艺技术难点提出了相应的解决措施,最终研制出了符合电讯指标的天线。这说明在该类天线的研制过程中,结构与工艺是相互关联和制约的。
英文摘要:
      The structure and technics scheme to develop the large-size plane slot-array antenna is studied in this paper. Effects of structural deformation on electrical properties are analyzed theoretically and the specific parameters that need attention in structure and technics design are obtained. The overall design flow of the structure and process are summarized. A series of pre-designs combined with the technics in the process of structure design is described in detail, and various technics parameters of the antenna are given. According to the technical difficulties, the corresponding solutions are proposed. Finally the antenna that meets the electrical property requirements is developed. It indicates that in the development process of this type of antenna,the structure and process are related and restricted.
