      为了研究热管均温板的散热性能及环境适应性,通过试验对铜–水热管均温板、铜–丙酮热管均温板的散热性能以及不同姿态下热管均温板的环境适应性进行研究。结果表明:相同工况下,铜–水热管均温板的散热性能优于铜–丙酮热管均温板;对于平放、横放和竖放3 种姿态,90 ℃ 高温试验中,两种工质的热管均温板均无损坏;-55 ℃ 低温试验以及-55 ℃~ 90 ℃ 温度循环试验中,3 种姿态下的铜–丙酮热管均温板均无损坏,竖放姿态下的铜–水热管均温板出现鼓包。该研究对实际工程应用中不同工况下选用热管均温板有着重要的参考意义。

      In order to study the heat dissipation performance and environmental adaptability of heat pipe cooling plate, the heat dissipation performances of copper-water heat pipe cooling plate and copper-acetone heat pipe cooling plate and the environmental adaptability of heat pipe cooling plate at different positions are studied through experiments. The results show that the heat dissipation performance of copper-water heat pipe is better than that of copper-acetone heat pipe under same working conditions. These two heat pipe cooling plates with different refrigerants at three different positions are not damaged in 90 ℃ high temperature experiment. In -55 ℃ low temperature experiment and -55 ℃~ 90 ℃ cycle experiment, the cooling plates with copper-acetone heat pipe at three different positions are not damaged, the cooling plate with copper-water heat pipe in vertical position is bulging. The research has important reference value for choosing heat pipe cooling plate under different working conditions in practical engineering application.
